Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach Nutrition & Wellness Consultant
Hi, I’m Nina! After 15 years in the foodservice industry, I learned that food is a universal language. It brings people together, carries our traditions, and creates opportunities for connection. That experience sparked my love of global cuisine and the many ways food can nourish both our bodies and our lives.
My connection to nutrition became even more personal through caring for my mom, who lives with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. Sharing meals, adapting to her changing needs, and finding moments of joy together deepened my interest in the gut-brain connection, brain health, and healthy aging. She continues to inspire my belief that supporting health should also mean supporting comfort, dignity, and a life worth enjoying.
I founded Peach Perfect Wellness with those values in mind - and a little inspiration from my home state of Georgia. Health Made Deliciously Simple reflects what I want to make possible: practical nutrition guidance that leaves room for delicious food, individual preferences, and everyday life.
Approach
My approach combines a master’s degree in nutrition with health coaching and an understanding of behavior change. My psychology foundation began during my undergraduate education and coaching training, then grew through hands-on work helping people put knowledge into practice. As an international health and wellness coach with Noom, I also began creating educational content, learning to communicate nutrition concepts across different backgrounds, experiences, and cultures.
Today, I bring that perspective to workplace wellness, speaking, menu development, educational content, and personalized nutrition support. I’m also pursuing my MBA to strengthen the business perspective behind recommendations that need to work for people, organizations, and their budgets.
My individual nutrition work focuses on digestive health, cardiovascular and metabolic health, brain health and healthy aging, and sustainable habits. Across every service, I start with curiosity: understanding what matters to you, recognizing what makes your situation unique, and finding practical opportunities to move forward.
Outside of work, you’ll find me making something delicious with our garden as my grocery store, paddleboarding with my husband and dog, or spending time with my amazing mom. She has taught me to live a life you look forward to looking back on. I also love getting lost in the original Harry Potter books - Team Gryffindor all the way - and fall Saturdays are reserved for cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your workplace, or your community, I’d love to learn what you have in mind.
